No, EmpowHER focuses on martial arts-inspired movements using your body’s natural strength. The training combines aerobic, isometric, and martial arts-based exercises to help you build speed, flexibility, and coordination. While we don’t use weights or machines, the combination of strikes, stances, and mindful movement will tone your body and boost your overall fitness.
Comfortable workout clothes like yoga attire or sweats are perfect. Be sure to bring a towel, a bottle of water, and, most importantly, a mindset ready to embrace the challenge and have fun!
The EmpowHER program is designed for you to attend twice per week for 6 weeks. This schedule is perfect for beginners, balancing enough workout time to see real progress with enough recovery time to fit into your busy lifestyle. By attending regularly, you’ll build strength, confidence, and a solid foundation.
After the 6 weeks, you can either re-enroll or continue your journey by joining our regular martial arts program.
